pH stands for acidity or alkalinity and it ranges in a scale from 1 to 14, 1 been perfect acid while 14 is perfect alkaline, the balance between the two of them is 7. Although most vegetables live fine in a pH range between 6.5 and 7.5
A balance soil pH should be at 6.5 to 7.5. The next ingredients show their ph level. If you want to make a balance ph soil simply mix the 4 ingredients below in "equal volume parts"(not by weight).

*Manure compost ph 6 to 9.
*Sand ph 7.
